ANTIQUE ENGLISH VICTORIAN MAJOLICA
CHINA LEAF PLATE
You are looking at a beautiful antique
English Victorian majolica plate. This lovely piece elaborately depicts a
cluster of lush green grape leaves over a teal blue overlapping starburst background
with subtle accents of mauve along the border. The rich glazes and
the intricate detailing of this piece are absolutely stunning. Marked with the letter “H”.
Condition: Excellent condition with no
cracks or chips. There are two tiny firing flaws in the
glaze barely noticeable due to the elaborate design. The piece also
features crazing across the entire piece lending it a wonderful sense
of age!
Measures Approx: 8 3/8” across
